Shipping policy
We currently ship within Italy and the Czech Republic.
Shipping Rates
- Italy: €9.90
- Czech Republic: €12.90
- Free shipping on orders over €200
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Processing & Pickup
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipments are collected every working day by our logistics partner BRT, usually in the afternoon before 4:00 PM.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: usually 24–48 hours
- Czech Republic: approximately 5 working days depending on the destination area
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier-related circumstances.
Delivery Options
Delivery to pickup points / parcel shops may be available depending on the destination and selected shipping service.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to ensure that your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the parcel and affected items so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and delivery information are correct and complete.
If a shipment cannot be delivered and no alternative delivery instructions are provided, the parcel may be returned to EMIA Boutique.
Additional shipping costs resulting from repeated delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels may be charged to the customer.
